Project Formation Process | Project Idea Form

We have created a new, simple process to identify and form new FIATECH projects. We welcome any and all ideas from our members. The following lays out the timeline and process we will be using for 2008-2009. This Project Idea Form will first be reviewed by the champions and team in the Roadmap area that the proposal fits under. If the respective champions and team determine that the project should be initiated, a more detailed project scope of work and budget will need to be developed. That in turn will be submitted to the FIATECH membership and ultimately, the FIATECH Board of Directors, for final review and budgetary approval. Project Idea Forms must be received by COB on September 5 for 2009 consideration.

Membership is notified of board approved 2009 projects	October 31
Member project participation solicitation and hire staff/consultants to support projects	December 31
Project Launch	January 1, 2009
