The 2009 FIATECH Technology Conference & Showcase: Where the Best Get Better will be held April 6-8 at the Green Valley Ranch in Las Vegas. The conference will be chaired by Jerry Gipson, Director, Engineering Solutions Technology Center, The Dow Chemical Company.

This conference unites the leaders of the capital projects industry and helps identify specific areas where technology is void or needs vast improvement. It is FIATECH’s mission to explain, educate and resolve those issues. Owner, operators, technology developers, academia, research institutions, construction firms and individuals are encouraged to attend this 2.5 day conference. The conference will be comprised of informative keynote speakers and four concurrent, innovative breakout tracks on interoperability, building information modeling (BIM), emerging technologies and sustainability. Networking opportunities will be abundant and the atmosphere, ripe with productive change, will be contagious.
