Finance Committee

Charter

The Finance Committee provides counsel and guidance to the FIATECH Director in the development and administration of the budget. The Committee reviews the preparation process, data sources, and supporting details; identifies areas requiring additional support or revisions; tracks and evaluates FIATECH performance on budget; provides feedback to the full Board of Advisors; and seeks Board approval upon endorsement. You must be a member of the FIATECH Board of Advisors to participate on this committee.

Nominating Committee

Charter

The Nominating Committee identifies potential individuals to serve on the FIATECH Board of Advisors and submits those nominations to the full Board of Advisors for vote. This process occurs on an annual basis. You must be a member of the FIATECH Board of Advisors to participate on this committee.

Projects Committee

Charter

The Projects Committee provides Board oversight to the Project Management Office (PMO) by aiding in the vetting and initiation of new projects, and shepherding existing projects through the delivery process.
