Tom Hannigan is president of the Industrial Services Group at Zachry. During his career, Tom has accumulated numerous years of executive leadership as well as engineering and management experience, first with Conoco Oil Company and later at Texas Eastern Products Pipeline Company. He has been with Zachry since 1997 and resides in San Antonio, Texas. He holds a civil engineering degree from the U.S. Military Academy, West Point. He also has received a master's in business financial management from George Washington University, Washington, D.C.
