Frank Matthewson is corporate engineering and technology manager for work processes and technology at Bechtel. He provides leadership for improving project quality and delivery. This includes interfaces and integration with procurement, construction, project controls, contracts, and project management. Matthewson has extensive cross-functional work process knowledge in fossil power, nuclear power, oil, gas and chemical, and mining and metals. Past positions include chief electrical and control systems engineer, engineering manager, and chief information officer. He holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.
